like canadian hip hop blasting from japaese izakaya speakers, the groove scenario is the musical comfort food that you never knew you needed.

every week, Dan Hopkins (a.k.a @hop) pulls together a stack of music and pastes it all together into a two hour groove scenario episode that is broadcast on uncertain.fm.

the groove scenario is proud to be one of the many shows broadcast on UncertainFM every week. each show brings listeners a wide variety of music based on the tastes and expertise of the individual DJs. the shows are like "mixtapes" that we shared with our friends in the 80s and 90s - but now with a digital twist. the groove scenario's contribution to this soup is a show with music pulled from the funkier end of many genres with sonic, historic, or spurious links. sometimes we just ride the waves of an absurd theme.

each week, we have our first groove scenario broadcast at 4pm eastern on thursday. then we have two replays: one at 2pm eastern on friday and then again at 6pm eastern on saturday.
